Have you ever considered the differences that missions makes in the world? Missions allow ordinary, everyday people, such as you and I, the opportunity to go out into our state, the United States and beyond to show those whom are less fortunate as ourselves, those whom are suffering after a loss in their lives, or simply do not know about the Son of God--Jesus! Mission is a very active part of our church, and if you are interested in making a HUGE difference, this is the area you need to be a part of! This area is about service, not about us, but giving to others.

Our Missions Ministry Team plans local, national, and international mission trips designed to offer members of our church a variety of opportunities to serve people in need. Mission activities include day trips in the Tulsa Metropolitan area, as well as long-term trips out-of-state and even out-of-country depending on what the need is and what our resources are at any given time. All mission trips are carried out under the guidelines of the United Methodist Church Volunteers in Mission organization. We believe we are called by God to provide for the least, the lost, and the under-served. You are welcome to join with us as we seek to follow the example of Jesus Christ.

What will the future hold for our mission team? We have adapted a "Multi-generational" approach, where all members of the church can be a part--young and old alike. What better way can the adults and seniors make a greater difference with the youth but to teach and lead them?

So to be a member of this exciting movement, you have got to check us out! We are definitely living with an attitude of gratitude by being the hands and feet of Jesus!
